Functions

• Infeed conveyor: Transfer and feeding of the products from the upstream machine into the TLM line

• Grouping chain: Further transport of products to the TLM-F2 robot "filler"

• Magazine and presentation unit: Presentation and feeding in of the blanks

• TLM-F2/1 robot "Erector": Erecting the blanks and placing the erected cartons on the vacuum conveyor

• Vacuum conveyor: Further cycling of the products to the TLM-F2 robot "filler"

• Insertion unit (multipack filling station): Grouping and placing the products in the slat chain provided by the customer

• TLM-F2/2 robot "filler": Inserting the products in the cartons • Gluing station: Applying hot glue to the side flaps of the cartons

• TLM-F2/3 robot "closer": Closing and pushing the filled cartons laterally onto a slat chain

• Slat chain conveyor: Discharging the closed cartons to the downstream machine
