1 x Needham N Series CIJ inkjet date coding machine.

1 x Auger filler (with built-in vibrator)

1 x Vibratory drill to settle / level powder whilst bag being filled by auger.

1 x Pre-formed pouch bagging machine (Bag size range – smallest: 140x160mm / largest: 260x380mm , Speed – up to 40 bags/min, depending on pack size).

1 x Outfeed conveyor (adjustable in discharge height, depending on pack size).

1 x Rotary table 1.5m diameter.

1 x Ingersoll Rand R4-111/R111-A8.5-272 air compressor.

All controlled by Siemens touch-screen control panels.

Speed: up to 40 bag/min (the speed will depend on the weight and bag size)

Speed with zipper: up to 35 bags/min (the speed will depend on the weight and bag size)
