Comprising of the following equipment.

·        Pace PET bottle unscrambler including air conveyor (approx. 12m ) with 3 air fans.

Can do 330ml, 500ml,750ml and 1lt.

A lot of spares.

·        2005  AVE 30/30/8 water rinser/gravity filler 8 head rotary screw capping turret for 18 81 closure. Set up for 500ml.

Serial no. 52491 complete with full electrical drawings. Siemens simatic panel.

For Both flat and sports cap and complete with cap loading hopper and heap clean air system. Neck handling.

To suit still beverages.

· Accumulation conveyor 2 x lengths both with drives.

·        AVE 6500 litre per hr Pre-mix carbonator, complete with product and pro-portioning pumps. Complete electrical panel.

Can do still or sparkling.

·        Kosme labeller; Cut and stack hot melt wrap around automatic labelling machine with change parts.

Currently running at Approx 6000 bottles per hour can do up to 10,000.
